When does the course start and finish?
The course starts now and you may access it at any time. This is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start and when you finish. However, we only allow access to the course for 90 Days.
How long do I have access to the course?
90 Days to complete the course. After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for 90 days (or until it is completed) - across any and all devices you own.
What if I am unhappy with the course?
We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund. No certifications or ODJFS in-service forms will be issued. Once you complete the course and receive your form no refunds will be given.
